Day 16: Par Avion

I received a postcard yesterday all the way from Sweden. Genilimaa sent this one. I love the mix of naivete and worldiness all wrapped in one.

Thanks, G-maa!

LOVE THIS POSTCARD. This is what I've been searching for, cool postcards that are nowhere to be found here. Or are they????

Finally! I've been waiting and waiting to see it come up.
I broke my box of Jacques-Henri Lartigue photo postcards just for you. I bought it in a museum some ten years back and intended to keep the cards just for myself to look at, but this was a special occasion, so..

SML: These are the best, aren't they? Usually you have to find cards like this in museums or card stores like Papyrus. Which is really a shame.

Genilimaa: I'm flattered you would open a box of photo cards just for me. I shall cherish this one even more as a result. Thank you again!

Yeah, so, um, I went to three places today in my travels and found not one. Obviously I'm not in a tourist town. Sheece. It's looking more and more like I'm gonna be creating one from scratch. Aaarrggghh.

Not to get your hopes up or anything, but LO AND BEHOLD, I found some postcards today. Each one is.....well, you'll find out soon enough. I refuse to apologize in advance. But if you don't post mine on your blog, I'll fully understand.
