Play It Again, Nora

This is Nora, the Piano-Playing Cat. I wish the cat living in my house was this talented. Although, he's really good at talking to me, which, I guess, is a new thing. Still, I think this is pretty amazing!

See more of Nora at Raven's Wing Studios.

P.S. And, no, I can't believe I just posted something about a cat either. Lapse in judgment, I guess.

Tres bien! It almost makes me wish I had kept up with piano lessons. Almost :)

We have NOT gone into the City yet for dessert. **sigh** Not yet. You've heard of that incredible divide between suburbia and SF that is not calculated in miles but in attitude? Yes, we've been afflicted with stay-at-homism (oh, how easily that could have been played with).

I will return and report when we DO go, though! You'll probably hear the ecstasy from here!

(how's the job going, by the way?)

A.I.D.: Seriously, huh? I wouldn't have to play the lottery any longer!

Creole: Glad you enjoyed that. Read about the Robinator driving past you at the airport. Sheesh. That likely earned him a trick to the doghouse, eh?

Sideon: You must, must, MUST get to Ti Couz. I'm dying to live vicariously through you! So, get over your tunnel 'tude and cross the bridge, man. As for Nora, sort of makes me wish I'd kept up the piano lessons too.

Dude, you don't need piano lessons to play like Nora the cat. Just a piano. :)

I really enjoyed this! I actually cicked the link and wasted about half an hour of my life looking at even more footage. I blame you entirely!

ME: I'm inclined to disagree with you. Nora has a style and finesse that would take years of practice, particularly the manner in which she rests her head on the keys without producing a sound. If I laid my head on the keys, first, I'd end up with a crick in my neck; second, I'd likely never get up from that position without the aid of both hands and someone else assisting me; and third, my head hitting the keyboard would raise such a cacaphony, anyone in the vicinity would assume I'd taken up libations and piano pounding as a drunken hobby. Not a pretty sight. No, I think a cat is called for in this case. I wonder if I could ever get Pogeaux to be this talented?

Ms. U: I accept that blame. I'm hoping, at the very least, it put a smile on your face! Surprisingly, it did mine.
