Go Figure

Seems I made the Washington Post's Express Blog Log today and managed a sex change to boot!

Who knew? Apparently someone at the WaPoEx thinks I'm a man, even though my name is Janet. A name which is so decidedly female, I'm not sure how it could have been mistaken for anything else.

Oh well. It's just an honor to be mentioned.

And a big thank you to my friend, Merujo, over at Church of the Big Sky, who pointed out this mention to me, otherwise, I would have totally missed it!

If you missed the post that resulted in the honorable mention, just scroll down an inch or two and read how I fix the Queen a PB&J.

My male friend once received a letter from his doctor's secretary, telling him it was time for his cervical smear test

He framed it, and put it on the wall!

Way cool shout out, J. Why didn't you tell me about the sex change? I would have totally driven you home from the hospital afterward.

Reminds of Dr. Lala's prostate test.

Sorry about the typo. Your "sex change" has now been repaired.

Ms. U: Excellent! I'd frame something like that, too! In fact, maybe I'll frame this one.

ME: Always so reliable! That's what I love about you. ;-)

Gabe: Thanks for reversing my sex change. That's probably a first in the history of such operations! And thanks again for the mention!

Congrats on the write-up, even if they did get some info wrong.

Thanks, Ronnie! It is nice to be mentioned. Besides, I can think of worse things than being called a "he."
